1- Book the room through the application

2- Maximum capacity 6 people. Minimum capacity 2 people

3- When making the reservation, the student holding the reservation will have to enter the emails of their classmates so that everyone receives the QR to enter the room.

4- Read the reservation code on the device at the entrance and read it at the exit

5- The maximum time of use of the room is 3 hours and the intervals that can be reserved will be:

     9:00-12:00
     12:00-15:00
     15:00-18:00
     18:00-20:30

6- Each student can make up to 2 scheduled reservations throughout the week (even on the same day)
