The Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIC) of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación is responsible for managing the quality of the degrees taught therein in a planned manner; as well as the satisfaction of all the agents involved.

According to Quality Assurance Process PR/ES/006 on management of Complaints, Suggestions and Congratulations, any agent relatedto this degree can submit their Complaints, Suggestions and Congratulations and receive an answer in less than 15 days.
